They have had their number hijacked

I knew it was a debt collector

I might start running workshops on how to detect and handle unwanted calls

I called back number (08) 8296 3211 reached IVR for a comp[any called IT warehouse.

Caller: Lady asking for someone else

I know these types of calls
She pretended she was calling for my computer
I don’t have one so clearly she was fishing and failed to qualify her target if she was in fact a telemarketer
She unfortunately failed her entrapment attempts as she had the wrong number or person
She was Asian
Looked up the number and got me here
IVR isn’t that part of a debt collection service ?
