I will not be using Dr Solanki again. His is generally rude and uninformative. Not even sure he has a real medical degree.

Having accessed the Glenelg Medical Centre on a number of occasions, I have seen how disconnected the doctor is from his patients, how disrespectful he regularly is in terms of his time (he is always late & never apologetic for it, even when he has had an extended lunch break that in turn makes the first appointment in line very late) and his attitude towards patients. I consider myself to be a patient person & very tolerant; however, during the last visit I had to the centre, I was berated by the doctor for not understanding the condition he was describing to me and for requesting a medical certificate to cover the day and a half I had had off work sick. I shall not be returning to the practice in future and find his attitude in general unacceptable. He needs a lesson in people skills & in treating people with respect, especially when the people visiting the practice are mostly ill already and do not need to be scolded by a doctor with a bad attitude.

Obviously, if a doctor take more time to see you it should be normal. If you walk right in to your GP these days you must be dreaming. I have had him for over 7 years and he is one of the most reasonable person and gave me some excellent advice but I have seen him getting busier. However, I can't say the same thing for his reception as I found they have not been polite.

He is not one of the best doctors in Adelaide, far from it. Source: I was a patient of his for over 7 years and he couldn't remember my name or bothers to ask me how I was, he called me a hypochondriac and I ended up being diagnosed as having a serious medical condition, but only through my insistence that there was something wrong with me and I needed a specific blood test. I am under the care of a specialist now.

Disregard the fake negative spam here from Dr Solanki s competitors. He is without a doubt one of the best doctors in adelaide

I FIND EVERY TIME I HAVE HAD TO VISIT DOCTOR SOLANKI HE IS A PERFECT CARING DOCTOR WHO WITH THE BEST INTENTIONS TOWARDS HIS PATIENTS .......hIS SECRETARY GINA IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL CARING YOUNG LADY I WILL BE USING HIM AND HER AS MY REGULAR DOCTOR .
