The doctors at this hospital seem to be totally incompetent at times, overstating some cases while understating others. I've also noticed a push to discharge patients in a hurry so as to receive new ones and hence further govt funding, clearly an environment of conflict exists between patient welfare and the grab for taxpayer dollars. My own experience with this place has become one of dishonesty, misleading information, psychological patient abuse, unlawful drugging of patients and some really damning lies.
I hope they do close it and the untrustworthy ratbag syndrome participants that practice in this place are unable to find a new hole to exercise their culture of elderly abuse.

My Father [ Archie Stewart ] was discharged on 21/6/2012 without any wound care information. As a result has been admitted to TQEH on 27/6/2012 due to infection of wound. I am an R.N. and acutely aware of wound care but was unable to deal with the wound which would not heal. Tell me why you discharged someone with a weeping wound to home ?
