Who is this from - cannot find a listing for them. Gather they are either telemarketers or debt collectors from comments on this website.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise and am now considering disconnecting my phone and not getting a new one. I know my bank, insurance company and any other business I interact with happily sell or give my details to these database companies who onsell it to anyone who will pay for it.
