Foreign sounding man, claiming to be calling from Quantum.Claims was an "alert" to something.Asked if I was main computer user in the house.I told him there is nothing wrong with my computer and hung up.Sounds like these people who claim your computer has been hacked, then sell you something.They didn't have my name so seems a cold call to me. I'm surprised the number even came up on 1471!
