pre recorded message saying: A member of your household has been in a car accident in the last year, we need to get a few details. please press 1 to be put through to my manager. i would assume scam as i have definitely not been in any accidents

Caller: Scammer Audio recording: "A member of your household has been in a car accident in the last year, we need to get a few details. please press 1 to be put through to my manager". I tried calling the number back but it was the same pre-recorded message. SCAM!

I don't know anyone from an 08 number so I let it go to voicemail. Recorded message said You or a member of your household has been involved in an accident and they need to get some more details. Please press 1 to be put through to my manager. I blocked the number.

Caller: A Scammer I did not recognise the number so I let it go to voicemail. it was a pre recorded message saying: A member of your household has been in a car accident in the last year, we need to get a few details. please press 1 to be put through to my manager. and then it goes silent, I guess waiting for the victim to push 1. Massive scam. Blocking number immediately
