Recorded message in Chinese. Oh joy, yet ANOTHER nuisance scam caller to PLAGUE my life with. Can't these people be stopped???????

Scam: recorded message saying from Chinese embassy. My accounts and all travel documents will be blocked within two hours. Press 9 to talk to somebody. Don't answer.

Asian caller from Adelaide left a voice message that I couldn't understand. Blocked caller. Got a similar call the previous day from Parramatta (02) 8898 1169.
