Missed call with message that couldn’t be converted to text. When I turned off my caller ID and rang back, it rang once then gave a recorded message in a foreign accent, possibly saying “operators are busy now” or “all services are busy now” then it cuts off. Very poor English. Probably scam.

Caller: Strange number, did not pick, checked on internet, did right thing

If you have take a cheap phone plan in Australia like those $15 for 3 months type, you are bound to receive spam and marketing calls. I am on B*****G (Australia) and soon I activated the plan have started receiving so many.
Solution: Strange numbers, don't pick it. Add the number in your blacklist, all phones have it.
Add your number to 'do not call register'.
Still receiving unwanted calls, file a complain on 'do not call register's complain form (online). You can file more than one complains at a time.
Do this and authorities will look after.

Was indian man - talking so fast you couldnt understand
Told me he loved me - so i said thank you and hung up - im at work (had customers in store so had to act professional)
then called back instantly - and was talking even faster so couldnt understand a single word. Again - said sorry i am at work i have to go and hung up again.
