Indian lady calling from energy solutions (call centre, heard a lot of background noise and people answering calls), claiming she could reduce my electricity bill, which is full of rubbish

Had been receiving constant Missed Calls from this number until I (stupidly) decided to pick it up yesterday. A guy from the other end, with his South Asian accent, told me I have the "right" to get 40% discount for my gas bills and asked a few details of it - which I refused. Blocked this number but he went to try with this mobile# 0488 863 266 (which apparently had also tried to call me a number of times in the past)

They started asking questions about my gas bills, talking about a "fair go" discount. They seemed to know specific things about daily supply charges but seemed to be slightly fishing for other information. I thanked them for their call (which was likely spam), and hung up.

Ask me for power bill and know my first name. Told me they are Australian city power.
First is a female. then a male asked me for electricity nmi nbr.
Then, told me they can paid my bill with cheaper price.
I feel it may be a spam so I refused.

Said my name,they want to discuss gas bill.When I said sorry I am not interested then they are very rude and arguing with me

Said they’re from Vodafone???

This number has called me a couple of times, when I picked my phone it just hung up. Very annoying. I think it probably expected me to call back. Spam spam spam.

Keep calling my mobile I answer and no one is there becoming a nuisance

He said he is from nature gas and also knew my name, damm how ...
