Caller: Unsure most likely a gas provider They ring and ring... most of the time they hang up before you get to it... they are also using a bunch of numbers in the sequence so after you block (08) 6556 6861 they will use (08) 6555 6878 or 6870 .... please take the hint and GO AWAY!!!!!
