I called back number (08) 6551 7070 spoke to a woman who said company name is Department of Transport.

A nice lady has rung here a few times. Unfortunately the intended recipient (not me!) doesn't ever answer any phone calls on the landline, let alone any unknown or private numbers. I think she's giving one more chance then I hope they arrest this drug/a.d.d. freeloader...
