Caller: Scam company I had 6 missed calls from them, while I was at work! I called back, answer machine said they were selling deals on better electricity rates

Why doesn't this number have a registered owner? Is it because it belongs to a scammer? How do these people get to have a phone number without an owner? Time for Telstra to do something about these pests.
