Caller: Calls from (08) 6465 6511 & (08) 6462 0622 Thursday morning (yesterday) my phone was rung by a number unknown to me but my my phone screen was red flagging the number (08) 6465 6511) with the red 'Possible Fraud or Scam' alert, and with a foot message that this number had been reported for scam or nuisance activity [phone indicated the calling number was in Perth]. So I ignored it and I searched here at reverseaustralia and whocalledme australia, and the best I could find was it had something to do with some Health Insurance mob. During Thursday the phone rang another 3 times from this same number (all of them accompanied by the same red flag alert) - all calls of which were ignored. This morning (Friday) my phone rang twice again from this same number (again accompanied by the red flag alert), so I put a block on the number. About half an hour later my phone received a call from a completely different (also unknown) number (08) 6462 0622), and which was also identified on my phone ss originating in Perth, BUT THIS NUMBER WAS NOT RED-FLAGGED. I guessed it might be connected with the other 'PERTH' tagged and red-flagged number, and should've thought better, but I went ahead and answered it anyway. It was some dude who launched straight away into his market comparison survey spiel. After I managed to stop him, I asked him if he was the same person who had been trying to call me on the red-flagged (08) 6465 6511 number, and when he admitted he was, I got a rush of anger at the audacity of it all, and told him I wasn't interested in his 'market survey', and to kindly not call my number - no matter what number he's using- and that, if he didn't, I knew exactly where he was calling from, and I'd make it my business to drop around and start extracting teeth without anaesthetic! So far, I haven't been called by him again😊.
