These people are selling raffle tickets for YWCA Prostate & Breast Cancer if anyone asks for my credit card details I tell them to send me an invoice with my ticket numbers and I pay on receipt of invoice. the only annoying thing is they keep calling!!

That's a computer random dialling. When you answer, it hangs up and records the time so they know when you're usually home so a live person can call and harass you. They don't want to waste their time! Ironic no?

Looking for 'donations'. I ignore now.

Why don't federal or and state police shut these people down? Are our Police services really that incompetent and/or impotent?

Anybody can say they're from a genuine company over the phone and even give bogus contacts. The whole idea is to get anyone to part with their money and they will lie through their private parts to do just that ! Scammers are in operation everywhere.
Repeated calls are a sign that the fish is starting to smell.

Scammers will always try to get into mainstream traffic, masking themselves as genuine callers. Forward this number to ScamNet and to the police straight away.The whole idea is to remove the lid and unmask the arse bastards.

Would simply like not to be constantly called by this number. If I wish to donate to causes which I do will do at my choosing and not when harassed by callers
