I called back number (08) 6404 2206 reached voice mail for a solar company but did not hear the name properly on the recording.

Received call this afternoon. Didn't answer. A google search says it is AAPT but could be spoofed by scammers. I'd say it is the latter since people are reporting it as a solar company in Wanneroo.
