no message - every time they call. Usually a telemarketer

Telemarketer Liam(irish strong accent) was very nice and polite, asked if id had any motor vehicle accidents recently, im disabled so don't drive, I'd say it was for a car insurance company. Asked where he got my number he said it would be where id filled out something online and not tick privacy box, i told him id never do that deliberately. Said he appreciated that i didn't take it out on him...my advice is be nice and they actually will say they will remove you from their particular list.

Random call - No msg left, inclined to think 'Telemarketer'

Same! I challenged him when I asked him to tell me the date of the accident I had. I had called back on a different number so he said he wasn't going to tell me any details because he couldn't verify who I was because the number I was calling from didn't match up. He got pretty shirty and hung up on me.

Called me about an accident I’ve been involved in. Never been involved in an accident. Tried to get my details

It is an identity theft scam. They call regarding an accident the person had recently. If they’re lucky the person they call may have recently had an accident. They pretend to be from the ‘Road Accident Hotline’ or the ‘Accident Investigation Bureau’ and say that the person is eligible for compensation. When they’ve sucked the person in all they need is personal details. i.e. date of birth, address, bank account details etc, and ‘bingo’ the person is scammed.

Received call and failed to answer the call, when I tried to ring the number back, I was told the number could not be connected!

Rung up asking to speak to me. Asking about my car accident 12 months ago. I didn't have a car accident 12 months ago. I immediately hung up.

A man called Liam asking if I had a vehicle accident in last 12 months. When I asked who they were and I knew it was a scam, he hung up.

Just had a call from this number guy was Liam asking same thing as other posts, about a car accident, I've never drive in my life , so I told that and was instantly hung up on

Regarding vehicle accidents, got defensive and angry when questioned him

Hi. Got the same person, Liam, asking if I'd been involved in a car accident in the last 12 months. I replied no and he simply put the phone down...

Oh and just to correct this file Liam was definitely from Liverpool, not Ireland. Might make no difference but may help?

Hung up after I asked who was calling, as in "Is that you, K...?" (son's name).
