Called 3 times. My phone was on silent. Tried calling back but call won’t go through.

rang and did not leave a message. Not the first time. I am registered on the Do Not Call Register, so I would have no hesitation in letting them know.

Female with strong Asian accent. Very hard to understand. Was selling something regarding weight loss.

The called about a Solar rebate scheme. Sounded foreign and very bad line. Told them I had Solar already and they said ok. Then realised I was on Do not Call register so they should not have called me.
