Caller: Some Indian lady with a western name Karen (?)

They will call the businesses and offer to put their ad on the back of kmart or chemist warehouse invoices.
They will insist you to book quickly as if its once in a lifetime opportunity and pay immediately.
I made the mistake only to regret as I only got 2 tight ass customers otherwise who would scan the back of invoices.
This company is definitely based, or being operated, from India and every staff member has typical Indian accent with a western name.
They are cunning bastards. So, don’t waste your money if you are a business and tell them to piss off.

Legit caller. Does marketing for the back of the shopping receipts.
I have used them, paid them and see the end product in store receipts. Used about 6 months ago and still using

Misleading sales tactic pretending to be a retail store in your area at first. They give FREE receipt rolls to major retailers to use at their registers so looking for paying advertisers. Telemarketer only to later admit they are from shop-a-dope.

Very strange
Steve with an Indian accent called yesterday and wanted to sell shop-a-docket advertising.
He has called again today and now claims he works at the local Kmart. He then asked about our company and if we'd like to promote what we do inside the local Kmart store (in Victoria), even though he was calling from interstate. When I suggested I'd transfer him to our marketing person, he then promptly hung up!
As per many other comments......Be very wary in this case.

Who ever it is they are a pest. Three phone calls immediately one after another?.... This only means a pushy sales person on the other end wanting to sell you something you do not need or want.

Scammer pretending to be selling shoppadocket advertising...got my number from gumtree...

Seems questionable.. Rang me offering a great deal on shoppadocket advertising..He got my number from Gumtree...Thought it seemed a bit too good..so i rang it back on a different number and I find a person a bit panicky about being called on that number...They said there name was Steve with an Indian accent..lol..I asked them if they where a company there response was " ahhh ahhh yes" no mentioning what the company was...so i said sorry wrong number and hung up....the number almost immediately called me back..."Who are you....Who are you" I just replied sorry i had the wrong number....And hung up.....But it very well could be a scam attempting to get credit card details for shoppadocket payments...BEWARE....

BEWARE....

Hi, after posting an add on Gumtree I got a call from a number almost the same as this one. I accepted the deal I was being offered and said I would make my deposit payment within 24hrs. I then used one of my old dockets from my local coles and rang the company for shop-a-docket following the info on my docket. I am pleased to say that my call was legit and I'm advertising from Oct 2012. I recommend anyone who smells a rat to do the same as I did. I'm glad I did & I'm sure you will be also. Cheers Karen
