I called the number back and the message said 'you've rang your move' which is a government department.

I have answered their calls so many times and have advised them I have already completed their survey and they still call so they are either not taking my name off or a choosing to keep harassing people.

I called back number (08) 6243 1861 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Legitimate local gov't rep asking about brochure received in mail and doing survey about commuting to and from work. I listened for about 30 seconds then told them I didn't commute or work and then they said thanks for my time and hung up.
