This is a legitimate contractor for Telstra from my discussion with them and they are trying to improve the value of my service by giving better bundle deals. This included offering new phones and tablets and extra data.

As they gave me the final monthly payment figure for my bill, I drilled the operator on what is included as nothing is really 'value add' and it just incorporated into the price. With all the new additional devices and added data, it really wasn't giving me a better deal or value as I would be payment more since most of my device repayment were nearing the end of its contract.

Just be careful with the new deals as you may be payment more than you intend, even though you might be getting new devices. It just re-contracting for a new device post-paid plan as if you were re-contracting in-store. No difference.

amswered then hung up...was a interstate number but then changed to a overseas number

Rings once a day on both mobile and home phone. Answered once to get a recorded voice than hangs up. Not rang for two weeks.

I just had a conVo with 132200. She said she could not stop the harassment of my 95 yo sick mother without the authorisation of my brother who is the accountholder and if she was to do that she would lose her job AND that it was a THIRD party that she could not influence. I explained how much I care about her job (and I doubt it was on the Australian continent) and that a telstra contractor was still a supplier to Telstra and therefore under T's control...let us see!!

Unsolicited calls. The program terminates them

They keep ringing my 95yo mother in Brisbane on her mobile - sometimes late at night, hopefully one of the grandchildren can block them for her. She keeps her phone by the bed as she is unwell and may need help. She does Not have a Telstra account but has a mobile in her name on her sons account. She is getting quite agitated by the 3-4 times a day calls..

I seriously doubt that this number is in any way associated with Telstra! If they don't know what a DO NOT CALL number is then who does?
They call us almost daily, we politely answer & they immediately hang up. All I can conclude it is a dodgy call centre possibly a scam & the calls are to increase their daily call quotas!

I have this number diverted to "Lenny" and hope he had a good chat trying to sell the answering machine something for 11 minutes today.

too persistent, nuisance!

they call two times a day and just hang up after saying hello with out them saying a word.
fist call today was at 10:31 and then16:24(4.24 pm) 12/4/2017

I have been called 7 times in the last 9 days from this annoying caller.

calls every day and im sick of it

for the past week these people tried calling me. they finally got me only to go thrpugh my service that I am on. i told her I was happy with everuthing and didnt need to have the call. she totally ignored me and went through her speal what a damn nuisance. Not happy.

Problem is while you may block the number....it simply is blocked but somehow it then goes on to message bank. When you check your message bank, because you don't know it is this number that has called, message bank then connect you by making a call on your behalf to this number and they answer it. All I might say at your cost. It is a scam people.

every f*cking day at least twice per day....why doesn't the do not call register address this.....

they call me up too 10 times a day and i have there number blocked so i never get the calls

I get calls from this number daily and they hang up without saying anything. I have only just started a new contract so not interested in any deal they might have. I am also registered on the do not call list but they still call. Doing my head in.
