Called Telstra after this number called me again and said they were from Telstra to upgrade my service. They had my address and date of birth and everything. They are NOT TELSTRA! This is a telemarketing company pretending to be Telstra and get you to switch to you and get your credit card details to complete the switch.

22 calls in 6 weeks, just checked my log and counted back. Persistent isn't the word for it, damn annoying is!!! Answering the call and asking them not to call makes no difference what so ever, if anything the frequency of calls increased!

they ask to verify your d.o.b to make sure they are not talking to the wrong person. if they go "is your d.o.b xyz?" anyone could say yes and make changes to the account which is illegal and they would lose their job. They are also not legally allowed to access, talk to you about the services on the account or make changes to the account without verifying who they are talking to. TSA Group is a legitimate company that has been contracted by telstra to do their outbound calling for the last 20 years. now to people complaining about some of the people calling you having an accent please remember australia is a diverse country full of many immigrants from all over the world. I would know, about half my calls on a daily basis are classes as language diificulties because they don't speak a lot of english. So don't be making yourself sound like a racist a**hole complaing about accents.

I'm getting at leats 3-4 calls from these guys every week. Sometimes even in the night. I told them not to call me. But they keep calling me. So now I installed "Who;s Call" app and block them with name "F** Idiots"

I just tell them i died 2 days ago, but they keep pitching :)

there has been 30 calls from this number to my mobile. I have added them to the reject list. Talk about harassment. This needs to stop. I am certainly not going to talk to someone who I don,t know. This is an excellent way NOT to get business.

SCAM!!!!!!! The guy says he's calling on behalf of Telstra, and starts by saying that when I receive a message from Telstra asking me to call them, I must return the call urgently. I said I hadn't received anything from Telstra. He said that it was concerning but not to worry, he would help me. He then went on to say that since today (5th of May) is my anniversary with Telstra, and that I'm a loyal Telstra customer, he will apply free upgrades to my plan. I told him my anniversary with Telstra isn't until September and he ended the call. So dodgy!!!!

I could not understand the thick accent and thought she said that CFA group had teamed with Telstra to provide better deals. As I had been associated with CFA (Victoria) for many years I told her what she was saying was not correct and I would not engage the conversation any longer. On calling back the number for verification the recorded message identified the organisation as TSA...apparently a company contracted by Telstra to cold call for clients on their behalf. Be good if these people could actually speak clear English without extreme background noise, be easier to make sense. Also I really feel that cold calling by organisations and providers should be illegal. If I want to find out about a better deal I am capable of picking up the phone and asking the question...that is if I have a couple of hours to spare for the phone call, and an interpreter available. Sorry for the rant, but I do get P*&%^d off.

As they are so harassing, I am thinking about filling a protection order (that's what it's called here in QLD not sure what WA calls it).

I rang Telstra about my data and she tried for over halfvan hour to sell me sh*t. Now she rings all the time. Don't know if telstra ha tellymarketers or what. This app blocks them though.

i was constantly being called from this number. i went so far as to get a private unlisted new number. somehow they found me. what is this country coming to when you cant enjoy peace and quiet in your own home. really should be against the law.
