This is a legitimate Telstra company, my daughter works for them. They will only call you if you are a Telstra customer to help you get better deals for your phone plan. Yes the constant calling can be annoying and yes I receive these calls too. They have your personal details in front of them so they need to verify that they are speaking to the correct person just the same as if you call Centrelink. Give them a break and please be polite, they are hard working and cop a lot of crap. If you don't want to renew your plan or find out about better deals you can politely decline and block the number. 3 times a day these guys call.....3 times! Its been well over a week. My Sony Xperia only gives me the option to send their calls to messagebank and they leave messages but the messages say 'Hello.....im ringing from Telstra...hello?' they dont get its a message machine....So far a guy but mostly a lady with an Indian accent. This is harassment ffs!

I had received a couple calls from this number, finally answered. They said they were from Telstra. Asked me to confirm my DOB, I responded with 'Do you have those details?' I was hung up on immediately. Very suspicious.

Daily calls, recognise the number so never answer. Downgraded my telstra plain a few weeks ago so presumably they want to sell me more stuff I don't want or need.

The just call and call and call, and never leave a message. So annoying! I have now blocked them on my phone, I don't care who they are, they should not hassle me as I am on the do not call register

i rang telstra- its NOT them, its scammers trying to sell security- they told me someone was loging on with me and using my data, - just hang up , dont even give the satisfaction of letting them know you actually are peeved, as this is fun for them, they will ring repeatedly if they hit a nerve, or report them at scam watch-

This is yet another number I have had to add to my long list of blocked telemarketers and scammers. This number first started calling me about a fortnight ago. They'd call every day around 4-5pm, now they're up to calling me 3x a day! My number is on the do not call me register, so I shouldn't even be receiving telemarketing calls! Gosh these people are annoying.

Persistent harassment from telemarketers really makes you not want to answer any private numbers/ numbers you do not know. It's a shame considering it could turn out to be something important.

I had the same caller and I told them I was at work and was too busy to talk. He then asked if he could call me back tomorrow morning. I then told him I work all day and won't be off until the weekend which he then replied with ok then we won't call you back again. I said excellent good to hear

This number has called my tablet 3 times in as many days. I don't use my tablet as a phone. I have not given its number to anyone. Thank you for your alerts.
