Persistent and annoying, I figure if it's important they will leave a msg, but never do....I don't answer numbers if I don't know the source...

Dodge Scammer claiming to be from Telstra Perth calling about whether I am losing on my current Telstra account and need their assistance to renovate my plan for a better outcome with Telstra.
I refused to allow them recording the call from the outset, they tried to bluff me and I then quoted telecommunications law and they hung up without a further word.

Said from Telstra about my account... Asked me for my last name I said you called me!!!! Told him not to touch my bundle as it causes all sorts of problems, he said oh yes I see you have a bundle why does it cause problems? I told him I will be sorting through another source he asked which one because as a Telstra customer he would be interested. Like why would he be interested if he's calling to help me??? Obviously I hung up Idiot, got nothing out of me.

I just moved back to Telstra and I'm already getting spam calls from these a**holes. They were one of the reasons I left Telstra before..... :(

Caller: Said it was Telstra Head Office in Perth

Wanted to check if I was happy with my Telstra Service and they could have a look into my account. I said, I am sorry I don't have time for this right now I am waiting on an important call from my Vet. She said ' this is an important call....' so I said very angrily, NO MY VET IS A VERY IMPORTANT CALL, MY DOG IS DYING - GOOD BYE', fuming. now blocked.

So I had a call from a guy called Payne saying he was from the TSA group, Teltra's business process outsourcing company.

He said he needed to verify my DOB and offered me some updated deals with my current phone plan.

So he gave me his ID number and I ringed Telstra back to verify his identity. Telstra has verified him and their TSA outsoucing compay and it was all good.

James rang my private mb number to see if I was happy with service and to check I was getting the best deal. He asked for my birthday and explained I’m not giving that out to an unsolicited caller. He was fine with that and asked if I had any issues. I said no and I have my own contact at the business centre in Sydney. He knew my suburb, mentioned nbn would be here next year. Seemed legit and was nice enough, but I don’t give my details out to any unsolicited contact.

Rings constantly.. I never answer, and they never leave a message.

called offering a better plan, but couldn't email me the details, seemed to know a lot about our current business plan. sounded suss, told him i had looked up number and didn't feel comfortable disclosing any details, he hung up on me.

Keep getting calls and when you answer they hang up

said it was Telstra I hung up when they asked for my birth date

Caller: TSA Group (Philippines)

I have been receiving calls from this number since April. Every time I answer the caller hangs up on me. I have called the number back today and it starts off with a Telstra sounding recorded message, however when I selected to choose to a Customer service person I was transferred to a call centre in the Philippines called TSA Group. I advised "Ruby" that I received a call and that the caller hung up on me, she apologised and explained they are having system issues today that means the call is accidentally hung up on. She then told me that she can see that the sales department would like to talk to me to review my service. I have then advised her that you must have been having system issues since April as that is when i started receiving calls from this number and that I do not wish to speak to the sales dept. I have requested to opt out of this telemarketing service and i do not want to receive any more calls.

These Indian Curry munchers call 4 times a day asking for someone else. They claim they are from another company on behalf of Telstra. What a load of BS. Blocked the number.

Random call every few weeks. Have never actually spoken to anyone.

We have received multiple calls from this number over the last week at a business. We have quite a long phone answering statement and they wait until we have finished before hanging up. Based on the other comments, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a scam. I just don't see what the point is in calling someone and then hanging up. Very annoying, and inconvenient.
