keeps calling work phone - cant get them to stop so blocked them.

a company claiming to be acting on behalf of Telstra -alleging that they are authorised to act. Claimed that they could see a discrepancy on my account but could not disclose it without giving them my DOB etc. When I called them out on it, they became aggressive and rude. Spoke to Telstra and they are NOT have not authorised any 3rd party to contact customers.

This number keeps calling , please stop them.

She knew the name of my company so I listened for a bit and she hung up shortly after I said 'is this going to take long'. Annoying.

Same as everyone else has said, phoned my boss and two colleagues, short rings and no answer when colleagues picked up. Avoid

Been calling for a while I finally answered he claimed he was from Telstra business and needed to confirm my details, when I gave my date of birth he said it was incorrect and bailed. He had my email address and name.

How can you trap this company

I have received numerous calls from (08) 6228 4080 over the last few weeks which had hung up as soon as I answered. Today the call came through and a female said she was from Telstra checking on my business account. I was immediately suspicious as I had cancelled the account a month or so ago. She had my name but then wanted to confirm my details and asked for my date of birth. When I said I wont give out any details as I cant confirm she was from Telstra, she hung up. Definitely a phishing scam

Here is where you go to call to lodge your complaint and have your number removed from their call list - BUT - you have to do it every three months!!!!

This is TSA Group, a Telemarketing group that calls on behalf of company's such as Telstra.
Not a scam, just marketing. Still wouldn't give them your details over the phone on principle though.

Very persistant tele-marketing woman, rushes through introduction to infer call is on behalf of Telstra. It is actually from tsagroup.com.au who bill themselves a a "Lead generation Telemarketing" company. Albeit out of date, they did have the names correct for the people authorised to speak with Telstra about our company account. I have learnt that Telstra do not make calls like this to customers so they are best terminated as quickly as possible.

They ring, say hello and hang up, both my husband and I on our mobiles, just added to instart discard list, why can't these numbers be barred from ringing in the first place???

I spoke for 15 mins, I was distrusting at first when she asked for my details and insisted she confirm my account number - she was able to do this and she was basically advising the NBN change over, which coincides with the letter from Telstra about our area. She was fairly pushy but only asking to approve the NBN switch which will activate the Telstra technicians to come out. After 4 more hang-up calls from them I'm now unsure if it was legit?

Three calls today - never leaves a message and thank god for the internet - no chance of answering now, I simply add it to my call list - DO NOT ANSWER.
