Rang Telstra on 1800 805 996 and they blocked our phone from this company and were very helpful. Highly recommend that you ring this number if concerned about calls from this number.

refer previous post of mine.
Today I received another call and hang up. So I called the number, pressed 1 and got a representative within 2 minutes. I asked to be removed from their register immediately. They said it can take 24 hours. I said I had already submitted a request via their website and if I wasn't removed immediately I would report them. They said they will action with urgency. Lets see what happens.
My suggestions are:
> Go to their website and submit request(refer earlier post)
> Call them back and ask to be removed
> Block their number on your mobile phone

Further to yesterdays comment. Telstra has done nothing to remedy the situation. The calls are now coming in at Midday.

I have been in contact with Telstra....this is what you do, ring them and get removed from from telemarketers list. Just in case they continue to call you, kindly report it to Telstras Unwelcome Call Centre Team at 1800 805 996. Alternatively, you can chat with them on live chat and they will be the one to contact the Unwelcome Call Centre team. Telstr were very helpful!

I have recently started getting calls from this number and as I do not recognise the number, I have not been answering. I thought it may have been a phone company, as I do not have any outstanding debt. I tried answering the call today, because I am sick of them calling me and when I picked up the call, they hung up.

I have registered on the Do Not Call website and I am hoping this will stop the calls and if not, I will submit a complaint.

If anyone else wants to try this method to stop them calling you can register via www.donotcall.gov.au

Much the same as previous complaints - No response or a hang up when I answer. Receiving these p'calls whilst I'm working...I wish they'd piss off

Started receiving calls once a week, then once a day now 3 times a day. Only ring once and hang up. If I'm fast enough to answer, they hang up on me! I return called the number and got an automated message saying its TSA Telco wanting to discuss Telstra products and services. Gave 2 options- 1 wait to be called back or 'push 2 to be removed from this calling register'.

Obviously I click on 2 to be removed - then they want all my personal details! NOT A CHANCE!

Called Telstra, they know nothing of it and could only suggest going on 'do not call register' funny thing is - I'm already registered on there until 2015. Their suggestion - change your mobile number! After I have had this mobile number for 15 years!

It is a Telstra Marketing number they can call Telstra Customers as they are exempt from the do not call register. Do not call them back as it only rings once or twice to entice you to call them back. Very dishonest and annoying. Report the number to Telstra and they are very helpful and should resolve the situation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome report it to the Telecommunications Ombudsman on 1800 062 058

it is TSA Telco Group. You can call them and press 1 to speak to a representative or go to http://www.tsagroup.com.au/contact.aspx
and send a request to cease calls. They also have it noted on the contact up page "Please note that if you would like us to remove you from our calling lists, you must provide us with the telephone or mobile number that we have contacted you on. If you do not supply this information, we will be unable to remove you from our calling lists".
Just ask them to remove your number from their database and not to contact you again.

It is not Telstra or Spam it is a sneaky way of Lion Finance to get a hold of you.
Some of you may owe money...they think I do but I paid them out 2 years ago....but they keep trying so beware just answer and then say no one by that name lives here

The company is called PSA and they call on behalf of Telstra though they aren't Telstra. Telstra pays them. Easiest way to stop them calling is to act like you want to speak to them but then say you don't confirm anything over the phone from incoming calls. As they legally can't proceed they will hang up promptly.

This number has called me at lunch time for the past 3 days. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. I thought that if it was important they would leave a voice message, but they didn't. Very strange because I've never received telemarketer calls on my mobile before.

They are calling "on behalf of my Telstra account". It is a scam organisation that want to get you the 'best deal' possible. SCAM

they kept ringing me at 2 pm every day even at 3 or 4 times.. they should bugger off . I am hearing impaired and Telstra should know that i am deaf and cant bloody hear on the phone with voice calls.. its annoying !!
