After I picked the phone call, they hang up.

Credit Corp : they buy debt from other institutions. You have not signed an agreement with them until you speak to then and give them your name and agree to payments. Do not speak to them and block their number each time they call under different numbers. Under law they can only call a number of times per week . My rule if they do not leave a vmail and give their name and company I block them

Weird call-guy named Alex called my workplace asking for someone who 1. hasn't worked here for 2 years and 2. passed away a couple of weeks ago. I first told Alex this person doesn't work here, he then asked where he now works so I explained he'd passed away. Rather than drop the call, Alex then asked when he'd died and if I knew him personally, then asked for my name and whether he can call if he 'requires assistance in the future'. I asked what exactly he needs assistance with and where he's calling from, he refused to tell me saying it's a 'personal business matter'. At this point I advised we can't help him if he refuses to give any information.

So basically this guy called for someone who hasn't worked here in years and is dead, and wants to know if he can call for further assistance with a personal matter he can't tell anyone about??
