Account Manager (Debt Collector) (Former Employee), Level 6,7 &8 108 St Georges Tce, Perth WA – 4 September 2017 Pros: QUITTINGBig bonuses for the sycophants, liars and the scum of the cesspool & quitting workingCons: Starting working there. They like people who make the company money, are obsequiously. Gladly pay out huge bonuses and rewards to those that break the rules and are liars as they hide their true nature by using personal phones to threaten customers and thus avoid call recordings and being caught (this is a learnt behaviour from their direct manager who plays favourite all the time with staff). Dodgy work ethics is the key for promotion here - the adage brown stuff rises to the surface works well. Don't dream of getting any kind of advancement or promotion, if you're not best friends with senior management even if you 100 times more qualified then the idiot they end up hiring (like they don't meet any of the job requirements but hey we will just give them the job and after 3 months need to rehire as they found better employment elsewhere. Trying to voice an opinion against your manager and I'll let you know this won't work they will find a reason to fire you so quit first. It also doesn't matter if you have been there 1 month or 60 months you'll get paid the same rate $22 per hour and all the free overtime you can work. Their systems are not working and break down constantly sometimes for hours leaving the managers run around finding useless working or training to do as no one both to adhere to the correct use of the the systems any way. The staff they are too stupid to use them systems, like put in detailed customer notes if any at all!!! Amenties (kitchen/toilets) are a disgrace even though they are cleaned 4 times a day. The staff leave food to rot in the fridge, don't clean up after themselves with in the kitchen or toilets (seen and heard evidence of urine, faces and blood all over the place in both the toilets and kitchen). JUST DON'T WORK HERE

Caller: “The company” They called , said his name form “the company” and asked for me by name. Asked if I still lived at x address (Hadn’t lived there for nearly 5 years) I said no.
Replied with “if that’s a pity, was hoping you could pass a message on to one of your neighbours for me”
Then hung up.
