This is a company... Pioneer Credit or Debt Recovery, that buys debts of finance providers and then harrasses Family and the person themselves for payment.
Chasing someone I know for a debt that was previously sorted. Rings family members to harrass them too.

Pioneer - Called asking for someone who had the last surname as me which I didn't know which they presumed I was a relative. Was looking to pass on message. International ascent on the line. Didn't know and hung up but was quite reserved in divulging too much info. It seemed like they were randomly linking people together who weren't related.

Call and demand money, they will even Facebook stalk you and call everyone from your Facebook account to intimidate you and your family.... report the number immediately
