Received call on my mobile - it was a recorded message to state they were "Steve" and that this call was regarding the claim I had made regarding an accident I was involved in. Please press 1 to continue to update my details in regard to the claim or 2 if I had not been involved in an accident and to 'delete my claim details'....
I hung up. I dialled the number and it was answered by a man stating it was "the first response team Perth". I said I'd missed a call from this number and he again stated it would be regarding an accident claim. When I advised him that I had not been involved in any accident and was this a scam and who was the company he said it was the First Response Team - Perth and that it was definitely not a scam... I googled the company and it does not exist in any way or form but there are plenty of posts regarding scam insurance claims from this number and many others with same prefix. Ignore and block them. Such a waste of time - I hope they are caught and charged and people don't get sucked into their fraudulent scam

Caller: Someone claiming to be an Insurance Company

Caller had English Accent claimed to be from an Insurance Company regarding an accident claim. When confronted caller hung up.

Caller: "Accident Response Team"

Definitely a scam. "Liam" and his colleague - outright waste of oxygen. When I pressed them on their company I was abused and they hung up on me.

So, with a quiet Thursday afternoon on my hands, I put them on speaker phone, muted them, and put them on redial...

I figure the best help I could be to others would be to tie up their phone lines...

Called me asking for Sarah. Sarah used to have this phone number. Said I’m not Sarah please remove this number from your account. Then they talk over me and tried to sell me some financial bs 🙄🙄 block this number.

Just had a missed call from this number. Went to voicemail but it had no sound recorded. Then I came here and see that others believe it is a scam. I have since blocked the number.
