Automated male American voice saying that if I did not call them back there would be an arrest warrant issued. SCAM Scary!

Caller: Automated male voice call

Said to call that number or I would be issued an arrest warrant

Mum just received the same call from a male voice saying that she's committed tax fraud and if she didn't call a certain number, she would be arrested. Gave her quite the fright so she didn't catch the number he gave her and hung up.

As above, I received a call this morning with the same automated message.
