I have bought tickets for the MS Charity lotteries online before. Now I get hassled over the phone multiple times a week from this and similar numbers.
Always politely ask to not be contacted by phone...then get another call the next day

Telemarketing company. Tried to call back but just rang out. Blocked number on mobile now.

They called and didn't leave a message, so I called them back and someone said "thanks for your call, bye" then hung up. The best way to stop them calling you is to save the number and block them.

Caller: Raffle for MS charity - scam

Elderly lady called me. Immediately one would think it's legit because she's an old person but this is a scam. Says she's from MS charity of some sort. Something about raffle tickets for $50. All I had to do was give her the numbers on the front of my credit card to secure my place. Ummm I don't know her from a bar of soap and she wants my credit card details. Just because she says she is from this and that charity.

annoying - I never answer phone numbers I dont know Usually do a reverse phone check and it is always telemarketers. Perhaps one day it will be lotto ringing to let me know of the ultimate prize...won't hold my breath.

I get so frustrated when I receive phone calls from unknown numbers and for various reasons I'm unable to answer at the time of the call.
I try to do the right thing and call back but then the phone just keeps ringing!!
I'm pissed the telco industry allows companies to set up phantom numbers where they can call you but you can't call them!

Called back and the phone just rang out. No one answered.

She is dismissive. She will ignore you for the most part, conveying that you don't matter to her. She will not listen to a word you say. She'll ask you if you're hungry, hear "no," and still put food on your plate. She'll also disregard any of your accomplishments as insignificant and unworthy of her attention. Only things that have value to her are important.

No message left. Unable to call back, hangs up immediately

Just block the number in your phone, they will call from another number. Block that too :)

8 Feb 2018 mysterious and cagey. Has a fake identity

they keep calling. i've missed there call several time.

I called back number (07) 5630 0969 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
