FYI - I called Sun Super, they said it was probably their 'outbound team'. Yes, it's regarding lost super - it turns out I do have some with them and have arranged for it to be rolled over to my current super provider. I asked Sun Super to remove me from any call list. They have done that. Don't wait for the phone calls... call Sun Super and sort it yourself!

I've had about 5 or 6 calls from this number in the last week. They leave no message or if I pick up they say nothing and hang up. I've blocked the number.

Sunsuper should be careful it doesn't get a reputation for lax privacy and security as it too freely shares superannuation customers' details. This effort gives it a second cross. The first was handing customer info to an online survey company. All should telemarketing efforts should be securely and confidentially handled in-house.

The number belongs to a company called "the Australian Contact Centre" which is, according to ASIC ABN registry, a trading name of the entity "Salescorp Marketing Solutions" Salescorp can in turn be cntacted as below if you want to complain about the nusinace calls;

This number keeps calling since MOnday 13th October 2014. They dont leave a message and once sent a text. I flagged via text it is the wrong number but they keep calling. I believe this is a fruadulent call.

This number called 5mins ago (13th October 2014 at 1.00pm) saying they have our LOST SUPER through SUNSUPER. Sounded like they were south african calling through an exchange. Told them to provide the ABN of sunsuper and they hung up straight away

No message left.

Sunsuper states this on their website. It is a third party but they are commissioned by SunSuper apparently. I'm still not answering it.

My Message says "Australian Federal Police, Detective Sergant Yowie Leave a Message" Amazing they never leave a message.

Glad I found this site this number too has been calling me every day for 2 weeks I too haven't answered it no message left if they want me bad enough they will leave a message...I did hid my ID rang it back it claims they will call me back as it's not urgent & they are calling on behalf of many finance companies...ummmm will see what happens

This number has tried calling several times over the past few weeks and never leaves a message. I have no idea what it is

I got a call from this number today. They told me they were calling on behalf of Sunsuper and could look for my lost super. Was a bit out of it so gave them the go ahead without confirming but then started to freak out a little so I called Sunsuper. They confirmed it is genuine, they are an outsourced call centre calling on their behalf. Given that they are outsourced they must make call on other peoples behalf so I would still reccommend caution before providing any details.

This number called me last monday and again just 5 minutes ago. i didnt call back. im glad i googled it as it seems to be a bit dodgy...

This number has called every day for the last four days, without leaving a message.

I had a strange phone call from this number today. The person did not speak. I called it back and a recorded message said it was a collecting agency type of place and it was not an urgent matter why they tried calling and would call me at a later date. Glad I decided to Google this number.... scammers huh!
