This is pure water systems. Reminding me about my filter due to change - have only called me twice in 2yrs 1st to ask how my filter was going, 2nd to remind me when it was due for replacement. (I appreciated the kind customer focused service and like that if I have requested not to call until my filter is due for a change they comply).
