Scammers pretending to be from Telstra

I'm pestered with calls from this number several times every day. Real or robotic caller hangs up when my answering machine comes in and also if I answer. I phoned the number which goes direct to their answering machine without a person's or company's name. The 'do not call register' is now a waste of space as are these morons.

Calls and either hangs up or doesn't leave message.
