Liars liars liars think of the word liar when you hear Chase Edwards!,, liars,,, it’s all about investment properties to offset your income to reduce taxes... no incentives, nothing new, the only new thing is if you’re a idiot to listen and go along with everything!!! Chase Edwards wants you to buy their investment properties owned by one man— the call centre is his tax write off for all of his millions he gets from you.

I let the number ring out and went to Reverse Australia. After looking at the results I thought I'd call to see who answered. When I called back the message was 'Thank you for calling Accor Vacation Club.' I thought this is more unwanted telemarketing, the main reason I don't answer. Take care people, these timeshare mobs such as Accor and related ones Classic Holidays use high pressure tactics to get you to sign and use the FMO tactic if you don't sign on the day. Stay well away is my recommendation!

I copied this off another post here, don’t get taken in by the positive comments about this number, it’s obviously people working for them.

The first indications it’s a scam is that they send you a text saying you missed a call, this is a blatant lie. It’s an unsolicited text message from you designed to get you to call back, putting the cost of the phone call onto you.

That's full details about their site, Caution they are after your money

This is a scam and those commenting on it positively are working for them.
They send a text say you missed a call, which in itself is an outright lie.
It’s not a missed call, but an unsolicited text message to get you to call them back, the cost of the phone call is then on you.
If you do business that way it shows how bad they really are.

This is odd as the person left a msg on my vx mail but it was a different organisation - Accor Vacation Club. I have checked the number again and again so I'm thinking that the number has been reassigned perhaps - I am a member so it's all good.

Caller: I don’t know as they hang up promptly

This is a dodgy number, they continually hassle with phone calls and when you go to answer they hang up. When you go to call back it is a silent call and no one says anything. This number and what everyone seems to thing they possibly offering is a scam.

This chase Edwards lady seemed sexy. I offered her $150 to give me a blowjob if I listened to what she had to say. She said yes. We are meeting tonight

The most rude, COLD, shocking, demanding call I had from this person yesterday. After repeat questions asking " WHO ARE YOU " I said, he said " Chase Edwards calling". I have never heard of them. He would not give me his name as I wanted to know who I was talking to. He quickly was asking for some personal info, I told him NOTHING . I knew straight away quickly this is a scam and will report this to the Federal Police. I hung up.

Called me and told they were asked by the federal government to help people under 60, to save income tax and make their retirement happy with good income and investment property. He also described wecan have holidays and can afford to stay in good hotels etc.... He asked me how much is my house worth and has it been paid off. Then he said it is a good situation to by an investment property and increase my super money through SMSF, He also t9old that they bought my phone number from a company that sells Data base with people personal details. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM

They go on about a new government incentive which in fact doesn't exist.
All they want to do is sell you an investment property grossly overvalued that is at least $50k above valuation.
They showed us Warrick in Qld which they claim would have a tremendous growth and likely to double quickly.
Tgey aren't from the government, they aren't from Asic, they are trying to sell you overpriced property from ONE developer.
