Took contract with PRWeb to put keywords on our website but they did absolutely NOTHING! Took $3500 which was agreed amount, then on 26 and 27 June and 7 July, took another $500 each time. Sick of sending emails and calling their 1300 number as is only answer service. Finally got 2 numbers to call, both went to answer bank. 1 rang back so will see what happens with refund of excess $1500 taken. Lodging complaint with ASIC and Aust Advertising commission, as they promised (?) full refund if no results. Our Web manager says there have NOT been ANY keywords put on our site. PRWeb are THIEVES. (I believe they are using the name and reputation of a genuine PRWeb in America - the Aussie fraudsters even claim to have offices in the US).
