Startrack F@#% everyone up and take no responsibility. They smashed up a whole consignment which has left me hundreds of dollars out of pocket, and they are pushing for a payment. YOU CAN GO TO HELL YOU F#$@%^ Bustards I am not paying a cent. Head Management needs to clean up the sh*t and start providing a satisfactory service. I think it’s time all startrack customers hit the social media sites with photos of every broken delivery and connote pdfs. of every late or lost consignment. If we fight as a united customer force NAME AND SHAME, before long customers would think twice about using the PRICKS. No customers, no business and that’s what they deserve.
This Quote from their web site is full of sh*t:. I have had nothing but trouble with Star Track! They take no responsibility for anything and their customer service is ridicules your on hold for up to 30 min and then they palm you off from one person to the next so no one takes on a problem. Over the past month they have lost 4 of my cartons booked on Express/ overnight services. One took a week before it was found and guess what they charged the earth plus an extra “card fee” to deliver it. Star Track staff and its managers should be extremely ashamed of themselves, how they sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off. Karma will catch up with you all.

Worst Company to deal with. Waited the whole day for the delivery of a parcel and when I rang the Star Track had to wait for 30 minutes to talk to a customer service operator only to be told that I had to go to the post office to collect my item. I guess the driver (337) was too lazy to walk to my door and ring the bell but was glad to drop a card in my letter box. I don't know how companies like these survive with such dumb people working for them. Wouldn't deal with this company again.

The service is appalling, being on hold for half an hour is BULLsh*t, you should be paying for my mobile bill a**holes.
Update the Gold Coast depot details!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will tell everyone I know not to use Star Track
