I have just received a missed call from this number also. Tried to call it back but received the "Optus advised that this number has been disconnected" message.

I picked up, but there was silence on the other end. Then when I tried to call back half an hour later it said that it was disconnected as well.

Get missed calls from this number. When you try to ring it back there is a Telstra message saying the number is not connected.
