I just got a call from Jim to advise I had entered a competition that's not drawn until a few weeks time, but they did a second draw and my name came up as a winner. I was surprised because I couldn't remember entering a draw for Windham Resorts, and he said most people usually don't. Then I asked, when did I enter it and he said he didn't actually know lol I was at work so asked if they could email me the information and was told No because the competition isn't open to the general public, they used to before but they found that people would forward the deal on to others who didn't enter the competition. After reading all of these comments I will now be adding this number to the blocked list. Thanks!

Hi Mark, not sure if you are aware so just a head's up :) It doesn't matter if you register with the Do Not Call register, as soon as you put your phone number on a raffle ticket, voucher or online booking of any kind, your details almost always end up back in the pool of phone numbers, there are certain conditions which allow your details to be sold to third party companies, such as the conditions on the raffles, online bookings, and any surveys or competitions that you may have signed up for, since you accepted the terms, regardless of whether you are on the register, they can get away with calling you, making the register some what useless, often your details are completely removed from the register. Legally all the numbers have to be checked against the register, but if your details have already been removed, it doesn't really help you :(

I too am getting these annoying calls where they call - let it ring for a short time then hang up - then when you call back you get a message asking you to leave a message - I kleft a rude one asking to leave me alone - it is getting so annoying. Who gives them your phone number?

I block this number but then start to receive calls from (07) 3177 0107 for same some survey I didn't know if I did and something about voucher. I said I'm at work can't talk and not interested. Still got multiple calls from the new number everyday and they don't leave message.
