We signed up and paid in full but then cancelled within cooling off period...they will not honour their word and give us a refund but keep asking for monthly payments...need to get a lawyer on to them

Calls all hours of the day and night, leaving messages for people I've never heard of, about debt for a company I've never dealt with.

Wyndham, I have no idea where they got my information from but they scammed me into a no interest deal and then charged me 13.75% interest straight away!!! I have called them numerous times to stop them and have spent hours and hours telling them to basically get lost and cancel my credits and everything but they keep calling. I have just stopped answering, but I notice they no longer leave voice mails.

No they cant, change your bank details, block their calls, return their letters saying " not known at this address" and they will ultimately go away

Hi there does any one knows what can happen if you not pay them?Can they persecute you?

they always call when they want you to pay your levies, which is fair enough except for the fact they hassle you til you buy in, then they hassle you if you haven't paid your bills, and even worse, they'll then ring you up and want you to buy MORE points... UMMMM I'm struggling to use up these ones. you hassle me to pay bills for the points I already have, and yet you want me to commit to more!!?? ugghhh

Beginning to get daily nuisance calls and this was the first number I've been able to get as I was on the phone to someone else. I AM on the Do Not Call Register!!!!!

I agree with Jo, worse than telemarketers.
