Caller: "Telstra"

Call received. Loud call centre background. Mostly unintelligible Indian accent lady tried to tell me she was with Telstra and something was wrong with my internet (I'm not with Telstra). Transferred me to her "head technician" called Harry Wilson (also strong Indian accent) He said that they at Telstra were receiving large numbers of errors from my internet line and wanted me to guide me through how to fix the problem. First he wanted me to tell him how many devices I had accessing the internet. I asked him to confirm if he meant my cable internet and he did. I do not have cable internet so knew it was a scam.
