Caller: A male with foreign accent, missed his name, which seemed to be muffled.

He said he was from Telstra, suggesting I had a problem with my internet, that I was using excessive bandwidth. I challenged him, (with gusto) saying I have no problem with my service
and will use as much as I wish to. The line then went dead.
I checked the number with Whitepages, and we find a private listing.
Is this # spoofed, hacked by SIPVicious etc?
Just my opinion, nothing derogatory!
