Scam. He claimed call from Telstra regards to my internet connection blah blah blah, I told him my home don't have a landline...then he just hung up. LOL

Just received a call from (07) 4666 3480 to say that I have a technical fault with my internet connection. They say that they are from Telstra Technical division. The call had shocking reception with loud noise in background, obviously a call centre situation as I could here others in the background talking to people. Heavy accent, Indian I think. Tried to tell me my internet had been hacked & wanted access to my computer to fix. I played along for a bit but got bored & told them I wasn't stupid and very familiar with IT and not falling for their dodgy scam. These people are scum, don't be fooled, particularly by the other entry here on Reverse. Google Telstra scam & check Telstra crowd support for more details.
