Techwell through Telstra saying our mobile lease is coming up. We bought the phones off telstra last year when we had an argument with them over
fees and charges as the lease expired 5 months earlier we then got rid of them and switched through the NBN to another supplier. They have no idea.

I didn't give this number to anyone so they should not be calling me I put them on my blacklist!

Claimed to be from Telstra but was unable to supply any account details as their 'system' was down. Continued to ask if I still had any accounts with Telstra and apologised for their system using an Auto-Dialer and they had no idea who they were speaking to when the call was answered.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS

They phone and ask about being on an old plan, new plan was sorted with Gold Coast business centre 2 weeks prior. You also get Telstra Perth ring as well (08) 6228 4013 just block the numbers, its a disgrace they can call themselves Telstra when they are just a telemarketer contractor.

Suspicious caller doesnt speak when I answer, but i can hear a lot of sounds in the background. Then they hang up . So annoying

They ALWAYS hang up! So frustrating. Blocking them from now on.

Keep getting call answer and they hang up so much for the do not call list

I called back number (07) 3859 6200 reached IVR for a company called Telstra Business Center.

Getting a call from this number every 3-4 days.. Just hangs up as soon as I answer.. Fair enough if the "business centre" was calling to sell me something, but I don't understand what system they are running to simply hang up as soon as you answer. Unless they get paid simply to *make* the call and then claim it was 'no answer'.

Not sure why Telstra Business Centre in Milton is trying to call me when I do all my business through the Toowoomba Business Centre.
Two days ago I re-contracted a new mobile for the business directly through Tooowoomba and the deal is all done and dusted, just waiting for the phone to arrive via courier so why would TBC Milton be trying to call me? If they answered the phone or LEFT A MESSAGE I'd know!

Yes, that's who they claimed to be. However, they couldn't email me as they didn't have my email address. They had my ABN but I told them that's public knowledge. Very dodgy if it is Tesltra. They should have my account number and details. I told them id call back

Yes this is a Telstra business centre and no they do not leave messages. Selling business digital services.
