This is a scam selling Solar power

Edit: I lodged an online complaint form about this number and received this reply:

They hung when I answered, I called back and it said number wasn't connected.

Rings me on a daily basis just about. Decided to call it back but it says disconnected and to check the number is correct

Appears to be a scam. When we rang it back a recorded message said it not connected. Said we were not interested in their solar panels and they hung up in an instant.

guys, there is a simple solution to receiving multiple calls from the same unwanted number... when you pickup the phone, DONOT answer with your name, wait until they have spoken to establish that they are indeed an unsolicited call, then reveal that they have reached something similar to "The telecommunications ombudsmen investigations team'' ... or the 'Federal police cyber crimes division' or something like that.

This number called three times in a row so I called it back and got a message to say the number was disconnected. I have now blocked it.

This number calls us daily and do not leave a message. We're also in the Do Not Call register.

Also missed call message but when I rang back said was not connected?

They called then hung up when answered.We call them get disconnected message.

extremely over this phone number calling our number, as when you pick up the phone it disconnects and then when you try to call back.....no such number.

Scammers again! Rang my elderly mother twice! Even after she politely said no thank you not interested. I answered and told her the same thing, but rude thing said let me speak with your mother. Hung up. And now calling my number and I live in another part of state! And I am on the do not call register. Waste of time this register is anyway.

I have been getting calls from various telephone numbers, one from West Australia and the (07) 3555 7805 number, plus a regular Private number that hangs up in my ear. Yes, I know that they are scam calls, but why on earth are the people who are doing this even bother?
Should I be getting worried about break-ins? Can I stop them in anyway. Shouldn't Telstra be doing something about these calls? Do we, the paying public really have to put up with these calls?

Same thing happened to me. I am on the no call register.

Also look at (07) 3555 7806.Woman phoned claiming to be from Sky Solar stating that they are doing a survey and that I may be eligible for a $4,000 government rebate. Wanting to know if I have solar panels to which I avoided to answer. They are not in the white pages and of a search of Australian business register (Sky Solar and Skysolar) shows that that they are expired registrations. Also she claimed that Solar panels have a life expectancy of 25 years which is absolute garbage. How about Accc trying to do something about these scams. But really they are just hopeless. I am on the do not call register.

They have called my number several times over the past couple of weeks and each time I answer they hang up. I have called the number back and there is a recording saying that Optus wishes to advise that this number has been disconnected.
