Youi insurance, very persistent.. Very annoying.

Took online insurance quote, except it's not online they require your mobile number for a "pin" to finish your quote... except once you submit the quote they say "oh we need to call you to finalise this" then proceed to bombard you with calls and voicemails. Already have this number on auto-reject, my phone has been rejecting several calls a day from them for the last 2 days.

We've been with them for years as well but they have just put our insurance up so we have changed now they keep calling. So people have a right to complain. Just because you are ok with them doesn't mean others aren't.

Was tricked into providing phone number for youi online insurance quote. no quote was given, instead am being hassled with phone calls.

youi insurance. i emailed to let them know their rewards program is a joke, and within 5 minutes i had a call back! maybe their marketing dept should work in general depts...

Was on line with Youi doing a quote and decided not to continue as couldn't get the info without speaking to someone. I spoke to them and said no don't want to do that and they rang me back on my mobile and left a message saying "don't and why you are not going ahead". What part of NO do they not understand. I didn't go ahead because they AUTOMATICALLY take your renewal $ from the card you give them when you first insure - they don't wait for you to initiate the renewal - they just take it.
