So glad I can make a comment on here because I received a phone call on (07) 3291 9545 telling me that I owe $21,000 from a car debt from 10 years ago. I've never had any letters or anything from Baycorp (from what this guy was saying he was from) Then told me I have to go to court in 2 weeks if I don't pay up. Also, I should go and try get a loan to pay off all the money. At the same time he was pressuring me to transfer $2000 to them today. Should I report this to someone? I fell for it at first as this guy will now send paperwork to my PO Box

These people keep ringing me ,,they have rung my partners family and told him they were long lost friends trying to get in contact with me ,, they rang my father who has dementia and told him i had 3 brothers (which i dont ) and they needed to contact me regarding one of them when i spoke to them they told me i had an outstanding account with them so over them calling i have blocked this number but now they are calling off different mobile numbers ,,, 0450 498 276,,0466 776 451,,0406 452 652,,and also this landline (08) 9082 7534

These people have gone through my foot ball club to contact me I am not on social media anymore an when u google my name that is the only thing that comes up.what do I do?

Had them contact me today on my work phone asking to give contact details of my brother, regarding a private matter. My brother has no private matters outstanding, when I asked the guy does my brother know him but he said not yet but he is ringing to help him. Andrew his name was. I am on the phone to ACCC now to report him.

credit corp numbers (07) 3291 9500, (07) 3291 9533, (07) 3291 9545,  put these numbers in your phone if they call you DONT answer or call them back, they will persist ringing trying to catch you out but DONT answer, REPORT them if they contact family, friends or neighbours. Dont Admit ANY debts once you start talking to them they suck you in very very smooth talkers better off not answering their calls

They called me from their own mobiles (two different numbers) and sent a text advising me to call the landline number above. I haven't answered any, but it seems even if you save the landlines, they still call you from their personal mobile numbers.

they have an endless of numbers & the staff use their personal mobiles to call, they call at all hours & nobody can prove it because they are using personal numbers,  now evertime i get a call from them on a mobile ill call the number at 3am every morming for a week and hang up when someone answers

We will  call your family friends & neighbours, we will do what ever we  can legal or not to contact you. we will even call you on our personal mobiles at 9pm at night (we do this so you as the customer cant prove we are breaking the law) we will crap on to you we will tell you anything, we will tell you we will commence legal action even though we know we cant, we wil try & collect debt that are over the stature of limitation, Oh i forgot, as a customer you are not supposed to know there even is a stature of limitation, we will try to register judgements in other states even though we know it could be illegal, we will get a writ of property & send the sheffif to visit you but we rarely ever do anything  because we know we cant its only to scare you & we only do this so we can add the costs to your already hugly blown out account. We will send accounts to addresses where you have never lived, & call phone number that arnt even yours, we do this because if we cant find you we can add interest to your account & legal fees, we will just keep doing it because we havent really got the brains to know any better.  We will want you to make unrealistic payments every month we only do this because we are sharks & out to make as much as we can on a debt we paid $1000 for. we wont listen to word you say & better still if you complain to our customer relations, they wont believe a word in your complaint & do nothing about it. but wait it gets better we will even try to still collect the debt even though you are bankrupt,  . so next time you get a phone call from me dont hang up i just want to make your day...

This guy, must be from the same call centre (07) 3291 9562) even went through my facebook friends list and google every single person and contact them to get through to me. What an embarrasment. I have secured the facebook account by setting high privacy, but still he can contact my friends. I dont know how.

This person is contacting myself and parents family friends past business associates etc and will not leave us alone despite being told to
