All I know is they are better than the first shade sail company we used. I would go back to them given how good the job they did for us was.

Very strange, I went into Sail Makers Salisbury with an old sail so he could measure and quote for a new one. However he was insisting he could fix and clean the one I had. I said it had ripped and he said it was not. Very strange, as then he said it was too dirty to clean and walked out on me. I quess he wanted to clean a clean sail. He never had any intention to quote for a new replacement sail. Yes you are correct, he was amazingly rude. I was stunned and said nothing,took my old sail and left.... very strange indeed.

Speaking with Allan I found him to be extrememly rude. I was asking for some assistance and the manner he spoke to me was despicable.
Do not deal with this company under and circumstances.
