Have received two calls from this number, on 24/5 and 26/6 Both times there was no anser. According to another post Optus claims number was cancelled. What's going on ?

Regular call from the above no., which I do not answer. When I have rung to it, am advised this number not connected, from Optus recorded message. How does that work?
Anyway will block on my incoming call list from now on. A nuisance!

Caller was Indian and claimed was doing survey on solar panels. Asked to speak to supervisor claimed they were busy?? I could hear lots of talking in back ground. Got out through to floor manager still got no sense out of them.
Called number back and got a message call could nit be connected. Indian call centre scam.
Feel sorry for the person who had this number as it would seem that the number has been illegally used.

Same bloody thing every day nuisance calls and no one answers

This number rang our home phone tonight before I got home from work. I have caller id, so I rang it back and was told by Optus that this number had been disconnected.
