The same as others wont divulge information ask them to email me details and wont called me at work and l told them l couldnt speak they kept talking over me and harrasing me

CH lawyer's, real pricks when comes to debt collection. i contacted them to resolve a unpaid debt and during this period they tried to serve me at work while i was on a day off. extremely hard to deal with.

Tell em to put it in writing... a phone call is nothing but an attempt to harass you.

they have been made to pay huge fines for harassment and for trying to collect on alleged debts past the statute bar, and refuse to provide documentation for their alleged claims. Here is a court order against them. ASIC have also used them as an example of "unconscionable behaviour" in various consumer reports etc. "'Vulture' is there middle name.

It seems obvious the person commenting above about paying bills on time works for them...

Four things Lawyers and collections people hate, because they cant provide the information to prove the validity of their claims is:

1) Proof of Claim that the alleged liability has been created in the form of an original contract where the (your name) agreed, under full and complete knowledge, to enter into any alleged contract;
2) Proof of Claim that the alleged liability exists in the form of a verified true bill signed by your client and charged to (Your Name), pursuant to the The Bills of Exchange Act 1909.
3) Proof of Claim that Collection House aka LION FINANCE aka CLH Lawyers has the legal right and lawful authority to attempt to enforce collection of the alleged liability in the form of Proof of Agency, and;
4) You/r Professional Indemnity Insurance details

Tell them you will pay any lawful funds you may owe, as soon as they can provide proof of their claim by providing the above documentation, as prof of the validity of their claim. Onus of proof is on the accuser - NO proof, NO claim.

Scum of the Earth and should be reported to ASIC and ACCC due to their continued breaches of the ' ACCC/ASIC Guidelines for Debt Collection Agencies'.

Cam to my workplace of 3 months served me with a writ spoke really loudly, got dragged into bosses office and was given 2 weeks notice. Yeah, good luck getting your money now as I don't have a job.....Karma

They have been harrassing me for months. I dont have any bad debts. I ask them to send something in writing which they say they have but they haven't. I have no doubt that this is a scam. They ask for me date of birth / address etc but they wont give you anything when you ask them any questions.

these guys call me 10+ times a day, at random hours too, i've got calls from these guys at 7am and even 9.30pm, they're rude as hell, and I just ignore their calls, or hang up on them when they call. Useless bastards.

CLH Lawyers are real bastards....rang me at my work place without me giving them any info or contacts of where i work. continue to tell them not to call my workplace but they prefer to call my workplace and even spoke to our accountant about how much i get etc..so do not answer their calls.

They called me about a current debt I have with particular bank. When my incredulity over $42.97 (remaining balance) being handed over to a solicitor, he got his supervisor and asked when and how I would pay the debt. The same as I have for 2 1/2 years was my reply, again expressing my amazement over receiving a call about this from a solicitor. Idiot.

These lawyers have been harassing me for an outstanding credit debt left by my unemployed ex husband. Really rude and evasive. Harassed me at work , do not answer.

Called my work, but said it was a personal matter to a colleague. Then called my mobile, spoke to Andrew (calling from CLH Lawyers). Asked for my information, but wouldn't tell me why they needed it. Asked where they got my work/mobile number, but refused to tell me. Andrew raised his voice to me when I started questioning why he was calling & asking for my details. Very rude.
